Dialysis

Dialysis concentrated are large volume filling from 4liter up to 10liter. the liquid consists of sodium, very corrosive characteristic and having fume that need to handle with care during the design construction especially the contact material and non-contact material. Filling engine thanks to precision flow meter with volume adjust can be done at the HMI.  

The line is usually start from bottle Blowing, Filling, Capping and Labelling. Speed from 5upm to 30upm.
